What Do The Green Ticks In Zsoft Uninstaller Mean?

Most of the programs it can detect have green ticks beside them. But two of them, SolveigMM Video Splitter and Task Killer, both have red x's. What do these symbols mean? I couldn't find anything in the help documentation.

Thanks. So the red x means that ZSoft "*thinks* that the uninstall-string doesn't work". Is there any way that that can be corrected?

 

If the uninstall link is missing or 'broken' (and that's what it is telling you with the red cross) then it can't uninstall it whether it's installed or not, which is what the FAQ tells you.
The normal resolution to that situation is to reinstall the very same program from a new set up file and it will restore an uninstall link.
