WinRAR and 7-Zip. WinRAR for creating a multi-volume archive with repair set and 7-zip for it's ability to handle Tar, Gzip, BZip. TarGzip and RPM files.

I use WinRAR 3.50. Seems to do the job for me. Plus it has many options to configure. I was using WinZip Beta 10 but It cant open .rar files? So I switched back.

I just want to point out that both winrar and winzip are shareware products, as in, they do cost money. While, zipgenius is FREE. :)
