What Does This Error Message Mean?

    I get it nearly every 30 minutes and it just comes up randomly for some reason. All I have to do to get rid of it is to left click but is it something I should worry about? It's only been occuring for about 2 weeks now.

    Do you have any 3rd party tools installed? This is a WinAmp error message and all I could find out about it was that it was from skins and such.
