What happened to all my programs in All Programs?!

Ok, so, I have Vista, and when I click the Start button, and I go to All Programs.. it doesn't show all! And when I search, barely anything comes up, when I try search to search for the Paint program, it said's nothing found. Here's a screenshot. And when I do search everywhere, it just shows the ones from the search of the start menu. My question, how do I get my stuff back? Thanks.

WilsonL, sorry not much help from me, I see you have Mozilla's FF and AIM installed but not listed as well!! Some prankster could have deleted the program listings from Start>> All programs. But a search would find the programs in an instant - this is troubling.
So what all shows up in Control panels Add/remove?? If they are not there, then they've been uninstalled!!
