    Hi.
Everytime I dialed the internet a little traffic light would show up in my task bar. I assumed it was all part of my deal. Over time I learned I could click on it and find out what was Really wrong with my connections, and that most messages saying sites were too slow to respond, had timed out, ect really turned out to be wrong, the real problem was that my dial -up wasn't processing my requests, or had already bounced me even tho that message was slow to come. So the little traffic light was pretty helpful. I have looked in lots of programs, run 'search', run complete malware scan, can't figure out why it would just disappear. Called the isp, who strangely, tried to talk me out of getting it, then said they didn't know what it was, finally said it was something called "network lights" and sent me to a site called 'brothersoft'. I am not sure they have the same thing I did, and frankly, there are so many ads on their site crowding around what you are trying to download that it is hard to tell what you are actually downloading.
Does anyone know of the traffic light feature, and can I get it on this site?
