What Illegal Plugin?

    WIN98SE Netscape 7.02

    I keep getting this window and don't know what it means or how to stop it.
    This just started happening within the last 24 hours.
    It doesn't matter what site I go to, after a click or two it pops up.
    I just updated Shockwave to latest but message still appears.
