I have a Gigabyte GA-K8NS-939 nForce3 Motherboard. It is only about 5 months old and atm I am using a old Emachines IDE HD. I am going to be upgrading to a new Sata HD but I see SATA, SATA150, SATAII... How do I know which one my MB takes? Will it take all of them just some are faster than others? I have looked through my manual and all it says is SATA.. Any help I would be grateful for.

If it doesn't say odds are your board is SATA150. SATAII is faster, but you don't have to worry to much, you can use a SATA II drive in there anyways. It will run at 150 speeds though. If the drive is SATA your board can use it. Although typically you'd want to buy SATA150 since if you buy faster you're just wasting your money.
