what is a DHT?

    when i use bitcomet, it says that my DHT isnt connected, what is this and is this causing my limewire n bitcomet download speed to be considerably slower?

    thanks, but how do i connect it because ive already highlighted the tab in options to turn it on and it stills ays that it isnt connected

    I have no idea I'm afraid, I don't use p2p networks. Try checking the softwares forums or documentaiton.
