what is C:\Windows\System32\rpcnet.dll

what is this my avast antivirus is asking me what do i want to do with this,should i allow it or deny it.please explain what it is thank you.

 

well the only thing that i think i have from them after i googleg their website is.I have a Lo-Jack system installed on my computer that is actually factory installed.So i guess if Avast is asking,i could deny it rsyy ight.but is this something dangerous to my system,not the lo-jack but Absolute Software itself.I wish we had hackers who would give companies like this a taste of their own medicine if they are malware or virus companies.
