What is "gitinrnf"?

Last week this started showing on my stuff running at startup list (CtrlAltDel), or running in background...whatever.
When I go to the turn-it-off list (Start>Progs>Access>SysTools>SysInfo>Tools>SysConfigUtil>Startup), next to the checkbox (checked) it reads "mvqbqsqb" then to the right of that "C:/Windows/System/gitinrnrnf.exe". I went to that location and and checked Properties which showed it as being created Friday 23 APR 04.
Also, at shutdown, instead of just shutting down it'll work for a couple of seconds as usual, then pops up a window saying something is not responding (no name given in top left corner of window). When I End Task it proceeds to shut down normally.
Also, another little quirk I noticed is that the clear documents button (Start>Settings>Taskbar&StartMenu>StartMenuPrograms>DocumentsMenu) doesn't fade to acknowledge when it clears the list.
Don't know if all of this is related, but maybe the Geek Braintrust can help me sort it out.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing.
Fresh Spybot hasn't picked up on it.
The Document menu thing stopped happening, but shutdown still hangs.
Whole lot of crap on here that I don't know what it is... just trying to eliminate the ones that become obvious.
