What is it ???

    I have no idea if this is hardware or software, My Vista is giving me an error and then my monitor shows me this "OUT OF RANGE" message thing and I can not get back into Vista without rebooting the system what is this, and how come I can not get back into Windows ?

    Go down in resolution like 800 X 600 or 1024 X 768 it should fix your problem
    it's a video driver problem.....

    if the downing in resolution like 800 X 600 or 1024 X 768 won't solve the problem, boot in safe mode and go back the video driver, and boot with the old one. then reinstall video driver.
