What is KESetup.cfg

Got a shared computer at work, keep finding these "KESetup.cfg" files in:
C:\Documents and Settings\<USER ID>\Local Settings\Temp\528-1-2008-3-27-21-34-53-336

Where:
<USER ID> is logged in user
"528-1-2008-3-27-21-34-53-336" is folder name, there are many different folders with a similar naming pattern. From the time stamp on this folder it appears that the "2008-3-27" is the creation date.

KESetup.cfg is a 1.45kb config file

Tried to Google this file both here and the internet but found nothing, anyone have any ideas?

 

Some .cfg files can be (partly) read with notepad.

Do you see anything useful this way?

Professionals use special cfg editors, here is Cisco's version.

Was able to open the KESetup.cfg file with notepad, looks like Kodak software for our digital camera:
