What is RAC?

Good evening,

I discovered a folder name RAC with 2 subfolders: State Data and Published Data. Both sub folders also have sub folders with entries dated 1 AM 7/26/10.

I searched Google for all the names of the folders and found information only for RAC which is owned by Oracle (who also owns Sun Java). However, I do not understand the uses of these folders.

I hope someone can help with this mystery and put my mind at ease.

Yes, the path is C: Program Data\Microsoft\RAC.

You all are great! Thank you for the information since I did not know if I had a snooper in my backdoor or not. I have been attempting to understand the Reliability Monitor in Vista but can only seem to understand the meaning of the CPU which I check in Task Manager from time to time, somewhat.

And Halo you are correct, Technet's docs swooshing over my head has sent me running back to my beautician on many occasions, although I thank you Pwillener for the information. I also thank you Halo for the additional information.
