What is the best way to print something over a network or the internet?

My wife has a mac os x laptop that is provided by her job. The problem is that when ever she wants to print something, we have to manually hook her laptop up to the printer or save the files to a flash drive or email the files. Our printer is an HP 1210v psc all in one. It is not a wifi or network printer, but I do have a wifi router that allows her to connect to the internet.

Are there any free software that would allow her to send a print to my desktop and in turn print out her files? I am using windows xp on a Dell xps 200. If there is no free software, then what might be the cheapest software? Is there a way to do it without software at all?
