What is the difference between these G Skill RAM sticks?

They are both 8GB... are 2133mhz but have different voltages and numbers ( 11-11-30 etc)

My motherboard is; Asus P8P67 Deluxe

I need to replace my RAM for overclocking purposes, CPU is a i7 2600k.

Your second link would be the faster RAM but if you don't even know basic timings and voltages I'd study up on that before you blow up more expensive RAM. Are you benchmarking or folding to live in the nosebleed section? OC'ing memory is more of an art than simple CPU OC'ing. Good luck.
