What is the simplest automatic backup program

    I need a simple automatic backup program for my wife's computer as she always forgets to backup important files. Any ideas?

    You can shedule backups using the windows backup utility.

    Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Utilities -> Backup.

    If you wanted to you could also copy the shortcut details of the backup to a .bat or .cmd file and schedule this file to run multiple bakups one after the other.

    Hope this helps a little.

    Matt, Thank you for your help. However when I go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> I don't have a Systems Utilities option! I am running XP Any thoughts?
