What is this?

I have attached a screenshot of the Start menu from a friend's laptop. The item in question is mysterious; when you right click on it to remove it or rename it or for properties, all you get is another "Click Me!". I'm running malware scans right now, but has anyone seen this before? If so, what is it and where'd it come from?

I haven't seen it and I'm sure you googled it so I won't barf that up. He has Limewire, 'nuff said.

 

Thanks for the info Dr.M.... I ran a full spyware scan and only picked up some tracking cookies and some ad-toolbar thing. Nothing major. But I will use the info in those links to see what's up....

can you find it in any of the start menu folders for any of the users, or all users in C:\Documents and Settings\ ? if so, can you right-click it there?
