hey, i was given a Dell made in 2000 and I'm trying to figure out what this piece is... any ideas? Thanks!

Can you post better pictures of the top two? I cannot make them out. hammer1 is right; the bottom one is the motherboard.

I concur and if i'm not mistaken is that card in the AGP like slot?!? Could it be a Video Card? It certainly seems to have what look like four RAM nodes with heat spreaders on them, this is all just speculation. Larger pics would be great.

Looks like some kind of daughter card, maybe for some intensive video processing or the like that the CPUs back then couldn't handle.

Isn't there anything printed on the card ....manufacture numbers/letters ....something that a search could look up?

dude, you should never lay computer parts on a bed or any thing for that matter that holds static electricity. I mean if you are tossing the stuff thats one thing but c'mon dude that should be common sence.

oh and I have no idea what that card is.
