What Maintance Software Do You Use/if Any?

I use Wise Care Pro & occasionally Ccleaner Professional to maintain my Windows 10 home 1803.

I've recently ran scans with SuperAntiSpyware, Defender, and MalwareWarebytes. Also Stinger and Rootkit Revealer. After those I ran sections of Tweakingdot com and checked things in Process Explorer and in Autoruns and deleted some startup items. Then ran some cleanups with WiseCare. I still have a dozen different apps load on startup besides the MS and Intel items that have always been there.
This is an 8.1 from 2013 with a regular 500gb spinner and 4gb ram. I've also set my wireless not to start automatically. With these things done I get boot times from 12 to 18 seconds.
