What one step windows cleaner/pc booster?

Does anyone here know of an oustanding Single program which will do a fantastic job of the following for Windows XP or Vista?

1] Registry cleaner
2] Windows cleaner -- gets rid of broken links, partially uninstalled stuff, a general thorough cleaning.
3] Boost PC performance

I read so many ads and they all sound good, but I know from experience some are better than others.

Even with everything I have tried my system is still sluggish.

Any advice is appreciated.

Do keep in mind that these recommendations mean nothing if you are suffering a malware infection. If that's a possibility, please make sure you run through the malware removal guide to ensure the nasties aren't slowing you down.

If the above isn't enough to make your computer perform well, you might start looking for a hardware failure, particularly in the hard drive and RAM.
