    What anti-virus firms offer free trails on their payed products -

    Well. I know a few already, like Norton, but are there others to test (If one like to do so?

    I have used Avira for a couple of years without ever paying a penny. Works great, catches things with on-access scanning, is not resource hungry, and you don't have to pay for it.

    Avast does a free version as well as paid and i have been using the free version for a long time without any problems so no need to spend money.

    If you couple it with the free version of Malwarebytes anti malware you have got as good a protection as you need, Just remember safe surfing is the best anti virus there is.
