What Program???

    What program should I use to open this attachment. Every time I try to open any file like this I get a bunch of numbers & letters.

    change the .txt to .html then open it.

    Open it up in notepad, and then click File, then Save as... and type it in as "doctypehtmlpublic.html", then open it in internet explorer or whatever internet browser you use.

    Tried that, got:
    "page cannot be displayed" :confused:

    Hmmm after looking at the code it appears that the person that wrote it messed up with the coding. It may not work because they link to things that are on their computer, not on the web.
