What should go on which harddrive?

    I built my computer not too long ago and just left an old hard drive in it until I got Vista ultimate and new harddrives with sata 3GB/s one of the hard drives is 1Tb with 7200 RPM and one is 150G with 10,000RPM. I was wondering would it help performance if I just left only the OS on the 10,000RPM harddive or vice versa? I'm planning on installing lots of games over time. If you need other system specs, or if I need to be more clear just ask.
