What software requires CddbFileTaggerRoxio.dll ?

Have tried browsing for answer, but not much luck.
Looks safe, but no idea if needed.
Trying to figure out if need to allow autorun, via OA firewall, or not.
Already old PC is tired of all the applications I have running in the background
Ideas ?

 

It's part of the Roxio CD Burning suite. Are you saying it is trying to access the Internet or just running in the background?

It is present on my computer but not running all the time.

'Roxio' seems obvious, but nothing on browsing info directed to that program... weird.
Doesnt look like Roxio is running at startup, so assume CddbFile is not running ?
But, just not sure what OA means when it says let 'start automatically with your computer' (scrnshot attached).
Guess maybe just means let run automatically when Roxio runs ?

 

I went through my Registry and it's in there 7 times but just to be identified and connected to the Roxio program. It's not loading or running at all that I can tell.

I do have the automatic updates turned off for Roxio. Maybe it's connected to that.

Good idea, turning off the Roxio auto updates, just went there and did that... along with some other things that sounded cpu labor intensive.
