I got some new ram and I am trying to find out what speeds it is running. I have a dell and the bios are locked so I can't look there. I have Everest and it lists 3 different speeds. How do I know what it is actually running at? Is there another program I can try?

    This is what Everest says:
    Memory Timings
    266 5-4-4-12
    266 4-4-4-12
    200 3-3-3-9

Who locked them? Dell does not lock BIOS with any kind of admin password, thats left up to the end user. On most dell's, F2 during the dell boot screen will take you into setup.

Locked may have been the wrong word to use. Yes I know how to get into the bios and can do it on the Dell. It's just that they allow you to do very little inside there. One can't see or do anything that involves timings etc. The only useful stuff you can use in the bios is changing boot order and picking how fast/loud or slow/quiet you want the hard drive to run.
