What Temperature??

I use a 9800GT 512mb and i was wondering what should the ideal temperature be.
its around 70 to 75 degrees Celsius. That's while its idle i think.

a little help please?
that temperature seems a little too much

However, if i remove the side of my casing and place a fan beside it. (small household fan)
The temp drops to 60-65.
I live in Singapore so the temperatures are a little higher then usual.
