What to do now?

I've been through the mandatory steps in the "do not post until..." tutorial twice now , and my problems persist.

HS Remove finds and deletes 8 items, and I am clean for a time, but then CoolWWWSearch.Feat2Installer comes back, I get hijacked again (about:blank in the address bar, and "Home Search" at the top of the page, virus alert upon virus alert.

The instructions for the OPTIONAL steps seem complicated, and well beyond what I can do on my own.

I'm ready to throw out a $3,500 PC!!

Is there any value to creating a new user ID and simply deleting the one I am using, or all the user accounts infected?

I need some serious hand holding if I'm going to get this thing cleaned up!!
