What to do with Media Center?

    Is there anyway to install Media Center 2005 without whiping out my Windows XP SP2 (like an upgrade),or it must do on raw partition.The thing is I want to keep my XP,on my comp.I have one 40 GB hard disc with two partitions.

    MCE2k5 is XP Pro as the core. Only diff is media add-ons.

    Clean Install is fine, and better then a "Repair" or Upgrade.
