What went wrong

    A new computer was passed to me. The harddrive is pretty clean. I know that before it was given to me it was taken to a bass-akwards repair shop who jacked with the ram.

    It takes about 20minutes to load windows and then another 15 to load explorer, meanwhile I can still use the shortcuts and open and use IE, etc...

    On my device manager my RAID controller has a yellow? next to it.
    Let me know what other info is needed to determine this
