what would be holding my pc back??

    what do ya'll think might be holding my pc back on games. like battlefield1942, and UT2004 DVD version. i dont know what would be causeing this but i get low FPS on them games they seem fine at first thin its like the fps drop. spec's are below do ya'll see anything wrong with my spec's that might be draging my games through the mud so to speak?:mad::rolleyes::eek:

    pc2100 ram will probably be the most likely culprit. if the ati card is a pci card then that could be also. just a guess though. used to have a 2 gig celery. oced it to death :)
