Hmm, Why can't they just grab his backyard and put in say a nudie bar? It would make more in taxes with just the permits. They would already have One customer I bet, And they wouldn't have to drag him that far at the end of the night either.

 

yeah if they wanted, they could knock on your door, and say "you need to get out, were building a parking lot on you and your nieghbors houses" then they charge for parking.
