What's Happening?

    Since my XP crashed yesterday, I was able to recover it by disabling SP2 through the Recovery Console. I was supposed to save files in Winamp, yet i instead saved them on an external folder in D:/

    Since that, I have noticed slowness in the computer, the absence of windows in the taskbar, certain programs failing to open, and extra slowness at the Windows XP Home Welcome Screen, lagging on "Windows XP is starting.."

    How can I fix this?

    HijackThis Log available if needed.

    PS: Also, when I tried to uninstall SP2 RC2 from Add and Remove Programs, it just hung up. What's going on?
