What's the con?

Anybody seen such things before? How do they work? Obviously some kind of con is involved, but I'm curious. Do they just email you a manual for your £2 and then tell you to buy a £40000 PCI decoder from Japan?

Or do you stream the extra channels over the net (unlikely to be usable at 512k, let alone the 56k stated on the ebay page!!)?

Anybody know? I'm thinking about buying it just to end the curiosity, but I don't want to fund potential con artists!

If it sounds too good to be true USE CAUTION, found this tho by reading his negative feedback http://holersoft.net/ seems to be afree d/l of the same thing Hmmmmmm-- Wonder if its legal in the states.
