whats this powerreg scheduler

whats this powerreg scheduler v3. i found it in my startup and did a search as i could not find this software in crograms as it had a .exe . i did windows search and itis in startup and also in c:windows/perfect. i also did web search and it is done as spyware. i have all the latest adware+spybot and nothing found. hjt shows it on the log as well any ideas

This is mild spyware that tries to get you to register and upgrade products. No harm in flushing it. I've linked some reading material, if you haven't seen it already -
The first link should answer your questions. Note that they go out of their way to say that they are doing nothing "nefarious." That always gets me wondering. . . .
