Whats up needing help

Whats up guys hate to be the noob needing help but my computers been acting very foul lately. I did all the common steps on the sticky as far as installing and running the spyware programs in safe mode, but my computer is still acting messed up. I have norton anti virus and it found a trojan horse, in addition, my default home page is constantly trying to be changed..and im not sure if this is has to do with anything, but my motherboard as of late, meaning, the the past few days has been consistently beeping randomly, ill close out a few programs and sometimes it will stop, sometimes it wont shut up. so im not sure if that has to do with the virus or what not..any help is definately appreciated.
