Whilst farting about the interweb this afternoon, I starting reading a review on a German tech site (via Google Translate) about a case from LanCool (the 'budget' wing of LianLi). I then saw the following picture:

The first person who can tell me what's wrong with this picture wins a GREAT PRIZE!!!!
    :dood :dancer :celebrate

(actually - there's no prize :-o I just want to know how many people can pick out what is OBVIOUSLY wrong, and I wanted to point out that this GLARING error was performed by someone at a "tech" site while reviewing a PC case - hmmmmm.... seems to me that the reviewer needs some schooling)

Is it backwards? The entire picture?

Convention wisdom would say the pin out on the USB is where the pin is missing in the GND or black ends, it would appear they have it wired in reverse.
What is wrong with this picture?

The USB connection looks weird to me, I'm not sure why yet.:confused Anyways, decent board with onboard CMOS reset.:cool (for us overclocking idiots):-D

Two grounds in a row? CPU wrongly placed, though there's no evidence of that. BTW, is that a blown capacitor above the red lead?:-D

I agree with foogoo, it is wired backwards.

@ foogoo and tgell: YUP - they wired the USB exactly perfectly backwards. The red wire should be on pin 1 or 2, not on 10 (pin 9 is the one missing, known as the "key"). I'm pretty sure that the USB device being connected to a mis-wired port would end up damaged, and possibly damage the mobo too. After all, there is actual live voltage flowing thru the USB header. The "double ground" wires (the back ones) are not a bit deal, but they should be on pins 8 & 10, not on 2 & 4.

(in the picture above, the top row in the USB header is pins 2, 4, 6, 8, 10; the bottom row is the 'odd' numbers, pins 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 is the key pin and is therefore missing; this is done so it's easier to determine which pin is which, but that didn't help the reviewer in this scenario LOL :innocent )

I thought the PCIe connector looked backwards, making me think the image had been reversed in photoshop.

I'd say, get a better case, that has proper USB plugs. Hated the cases that had the individual plugs. Always caused my fingers to cramp up.
