what's your expert opinion of this

Saw this on ebay and thought it might be a good way to fix my daughters notebook (it crashed and she doesn't have a XP disc). It's cheap enough to be worth a shot, but I hate to give money to a rip off artist, so I thought I'd ask for opinions here first.

Well lets see...first there's no product name mentioned anywhere. Second, he's a real humanitarian, knocking it down to $ 7.99 from $97.00. Third, not only can it reformat your computer, it can babysit your virtual pet. Why the world doesn't take the a-train to buy this product I'll never know. See how fuzzy the Windows logos are? That's a by-product of copy/paste, meaning he likely has no permission to use it.

Pass.

 

I also looked at his feedback and more was said about his fast shipping than anything else.
There were very few comments made about the software itself, save this one:
"This seller came through A OK but the programs are a little confusing"

It claims to do way too much for it to be for real IMO.

 

yeah, I always figure "if it sounds to good to be true etc." but I still feel that slight temptation ya know? I just wanted to get some more informed opinions here, to help dissuade me (or possibly persuade me).

 

OK, I was bored and it was something to do and I love sleuthing.
