Calvin and Hobbes, with Doonesbury a very close second. For completely different reasons, of course.

Love Calvin & Hobbes, currently, my daily readthrough includes:

www.garfield.com - I love that cat, and Jon is finally hitting it off with Liz

www.reallifecomics.com - Greg Dean is a great story teller (an it really is Real Life :))

www.wanderingones.com - usually updates 1 or 2 times a week, kind of a futuristic post apocalyptic comic

www.nodwick.com - Nodwick, a 21st level henchman. D&D players, this one's for you. Also features Full Frontal Nerdity and PS328 (Updates Wed or Thurs)

www.girlgeniusonline.com - Steampunk comics at their finest

www.zapgunforhire.com - The futuristic adventure of Buck Godot, Zap Gun for Hire.

That pretty much rounds out my comics reading. :)

I grew up on Calvin and Hobbes (and own the new anthology) and Bloom County. I never though I would find a comic that would compare to Calvin and his pet tiger, but my new favorite is Get Fuzzy by Darby Conley. If you own a cat or dog, or have ever been around either, it is hilarious.
