where can I get ie6

I'm having some problems with Outlook Express. I am unable to delete messages in my inbox. It was recommended I reinstall IE6.
Cant seem to find it anywhere.
Can anyone help.

I am running Windows ME . It says its for XP

 

The problem just started yesterday.
When I go to delete a message nothing happens.
I have done the send /receive to see if any error messages pop up.
One did but i didnt write down the error code. I will go back and try to get the error message again and then I will post it.
I had this same problem several years ago and I had to go into the system and delete a file. This worked, but I can't remember what I did.

I tried to download and I get error message saying some setup files are missing.

 

How long since you compacted messages in OE? You might compact and see whether that resolves this.

I decided to take computer in and it is now fixed.
Have compacted all folders. This was also recommended by repair person also.

Every hundredth time Outlook Express is closed, it will prompt you to compact messages. If you decline, it will continue prompting you, each time you close it, until you allow it to go ahead and compact. Allowing it to compact is a good thing. Do not interrupt it during compacting.
