Where did the pictures go?

This might be hardware related. However, I got a Sanyo pocket camera. Also got a 4gb (chip/card?) to increase the amount of pictures I can take at one time.
Took several pictures, removed chip/card and inserted in a Dynex (reader?) that plugs into my USB.
Plugged in, device showed on My computer
However I cannot find the pictures. I unplugged then replugged to confirm the flash is being found. Not sure shy but it shows 2 drives. One says insert disc, the other has a read out of files on it, none of which are dated today.
Anyone might know where my pictures went.
After we took them, we were ablt to view them on the camera.

My HP camera also has a smaller internal storage.
Connect with your USB cable and see if they are still on the camera.

 

I will need to get a different usb cable for that. The ones I have do not fit the camera.
I put the card/chip back in the camera, and the pictures come up on the camera view screen.

The pictures might be in the internal storage, use the camera menu to move them to the external device.
If you have a laptop, conneced the card without the usb cable and best of luck

 

At least you haven't lost your pics.
