Where do I find a openGL 2.0 driver?

    using this little utility program call everest home edition, I found out I only have openGL version 1.1.0. I have an ATI Radeon 9550 w/ 256mb. I've checked everywhere for the openGL 2.0 driver thats compatible with my video card but was not able to find anything. Can anybody help me? thanks

    Oh and btw, I've checked the ati website and installed the latest driver for my video card so I'm confused why I'm only getting openGL version 1.1.0. My video card supports version 2.0
