Where is the empty cache button hiding now?

Since updating to FireFox 21.0, I no longer see the empty cache button in the drop down menu through the Tools tab.

Where may I find this again?
    Thank you.

It seems that they've eliminated emptying cache on exit from Firefox 21. Instead, when you go under tools to options and bring up the Privacy dialogue box in the History section there are two blue hyperlinks — one for "clear recent history" and another for "remove individual cookies".

Why they've done this is beyond me. :confused
