Where is the yellow information bar on my computer

I'm trying to install a program and it says to click on the yellow informatin bar at the top of my page. BUt I don't see one . Where is it

 

Were you downloading or installing. If downloading what browser are you using??

Yes I was trying to install the adobe flashplayer and it said I had to click on the information bar but I dont see it.

 

I have windows XP

 

I mean I have windows Vista....sorry

 

I installed this today for a FF plugin as well. Had no problems..Hmmm brainstorming.. Okay Vista can you elevate by right clicking on the Setup..

 

I'm realy new to computers....I'm sorry. Where is setup.

 

Adobe Flash gives a "Save file" option. No option to Run (at least to me) Where does your browser save the installer?

 

Where does Internet Explorer, Firefox etc save your downloads Is it Desk Top, My Docs, My Received files etc

 

It saves it to"My Documents"
