c:\WINDOWS\system32\dESOA.dll it is infected by the virus

bloodhound.packed

Please make it simple on how to get rid of it please

Ross, as stated if this is a virial infection then it would have to go to 'Spyware Specific'.

..but just to get you going, have you tried booting in 'Safe Mode' and running your anti-virus program (or deleting the file)?
In any event, you have to follow all the instructions given to you by the experts if you want to resolve the problem.

to delete that file its most likely that it will need to be deleted in SafeMode or at boot time...

now two apps you can use to delete that file at boot are

MoveOnBoot

and if you are using XP/Me then turn off system restore adn re-boot then remove file, reboot and run antivirus and spyware scans if clean turn back on system restore
