Where, oh where, is my Install Wizard?

    My Install Wizard is gone. Don't know why. Haven't done anything to my system lately. Tried to search files and folders, tried looking in Add/Remove programs...bupkis! Can I download this somewhere, or is there somewhere it could be hiding on my system?
