Where should I post?

    Any adb, 64-bit Windows, HTC, Android geeks out there?

    The technology doesn't seem to be interfacing properly.

    The geniuses at Microsoft FAIL!
    The geniuses at Google FAIL!
    The geniuses at HTC FAIL!
    The geniuses at Apple FAIL!
    The geniuses at (insert favorite corporate dumdum :) FAIL!

    I turned on USB debugging and plugged my smartphone into my 64-bit Windows PC. Nothing seems to be working right. :(

    The computer is not recognizing the phone. Has anyone else run into this problem on ICS?

    Do you have any kind of extended battery case on the phone? That'll block the actual phone from connecting with the computer. Also, do you have the phone set to "charge only" or one of the other settings? That will make a difference as well.

    Of course, you could also choose to post in the forum FED_UP linked for you... ;)

    Hi

    You are kind of covering many bases here in Windows OS and Mobile OSes? which one or is it all you have issues with?

    If you are wanting a say Windows Phone 7 to interface with say Android OS then you are not going to be fully sucessful as all the makers tend to support only their own OSes, so if you have a WP7 and Win7 then you will be fine, as with you would with Apple iPhone and OSX.

    But to say they all FAIL then you fail to understand the technology and its limits. Have you spoken to tech support at all those companies and had advice?

    What is ICS?

    What is your Windows 64bit, is it Win XP, Vista, Win7?
