Where To Find Wumgr Instructions?

I just installed WuMgr but I need to learn the product. There are several options under tabs "AUTO UPDATE" and "OPTIONS". There are also icons under "Update History" to choose. I'd like to find documentation about each option and maybe some example settings with explanations. The options and icons are not self-explanatory to me.

I read Ed Tittel's summary at

but I need to learn more details. Does anyone know where I can find more documentation?

I'll look at those pages. One question in particular - Two options are greyed out under Auto Update page. Notification Only and Download Only. I wonder how to enable those options.
