:confusedI am trying to uninstall Sygate firewall. I get the message that the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. The Windows Installer message tells me to enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package spf[1].msi. I cannot find this installation package and am wondering if it has been inadvertently deleted. This is the path that is in the message window where it is looking for the file I assume:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\3XZCXYFU\

What do I need to do to get Sygate uninstalled? I want the Internet software I'm installing to handle everything. Sygate needs to be uninstalled first.
    I appreciate your help!
