Not sure what that has to do with your connection... but its under "Help and Support" or via Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools.

    What OS are you running?

    For XP:
You can click on START, RUN, then type in: %SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe (press enter).

Do you have system restore turned on? If not, the above will prompt a "turn on system restore" option.

Also, the physical files of system restore is located within "c:\system volume information"

It is normal for "c:\system volume information" to denie you access.

I just wanted to point out that this is where all the information is located for system restore.

When you say, that you ran my tip for system restore and "It won't allow me"....What do you mean by this?

IS system restore TURNED ON? If, not.......or if so.

Are you an administrator on this computer?

this is for win xp (right click on my computer) go to properties then in the top of the headings u will see System Restore.... make sure the box is "NOT" checked.. there you go.. Good luck..
Also you might go into the advanced settings and make sure you turn it all the way to max...
to find your system tools look in Programs under Accessories it should be there if you have not changed anything around..
