Which Adobe Program is this, please?

Hello,

I "think" my answer and/or solution here would be to uninstall-re-install, but I'm not sure which program to do so with.

I am repeatedly getting the error-message in the screenshot attached, it's about a "plug-in", but I have an Adobe prog named 1.) "Flash Player", and one named 2.) "Adobe Shockwave" - is it number #2 Adobe Shockwave that I might want to try, or is it something to do with a browser/plug-in that is the problem (I use mostly Firefox but also Chrome), please?

'Shockwave Flash' is Flash Player. (Shockwave plugin or Shockwave ActiveX is Shockwave Player.)

What version of Flash Player do you have installed? On what browser? On what OS?

 

Just noticed your reply here (thanks for it), now, here's what I have (screenshot attached):

 

Looks like you need to remove the Plugin and install the latest version.

The activeX is up to date.

Also go and check http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ tomorrow; there should be a new Flash Player version released tonight or tomorrow that has many issues fixed.
